Why Support Us?
An update on the aims and activity of this project, in addition to thanking existing supporters
Why Support The Journal of American Reform?
Never-before seen texts. — Hard-hitting, yet fair, critiques of conservatism and its exponents. — Integrally Catholic solutions to combat the monstrous ideas of the modern world. — Inspiration for real, fundamental political and social change.
These are the things to expect when subscribing to The Journal of American Reform. Following the motto and program laid out by Pope St. Pius X Omnia instaurare in Christo, to “restore all things in Christ”, we are dedicated to doing just that—with a specific focus on the American political order. Doubtless, some readers are from outside the U.S., yet the principles that underlie this project are still applicable. That is the beauty of Catholic political philosophy, it is true, timeless and universal.
If it is within your means, and you value the work and aims of The Journal, consider becoming a paid subscriber or, alternatively, make a one-time donation.
We have already worked long hours—devoting much time, thought and money—to unearth old books, pamphlets and essays that challenge modern taboos, along with our original analysis and commentary. Whether it is . . .
The relationship between race and Catholicism
The Jewish question and danger
Zionism and Messianism
Americanism and the burgeoning neo-Americanist movement
Modern political and philosophical errors
Modesty, masculinity and femininity
The present crisis in the Catholic Church
Supporting The Journal of American Reform, either by paid subscription or donation is the best way to ensure we can keep this up. That said, the production of free material will continue, hopefully with ever-increasing quality. Finally, we would be remiss if we did not thank the small number of supporters that are are already backing the project. Their financial support is much appreciated and allows us to devote more and more time to this endeavor. Not only do they deserve a big thank you, but we want to assure them we are committed to being good stewards of this support.
Popular Supplemental Materials
In addition to publishing at The Journal, we have popularized the creation and use of edits—sometimes called infographics—to spread our ideas. Unlike many you may see today, the ones we publish are fully-sourced, clear and presented without being needlessly inflammatory. Perhaps you have seen the format below circulating online?
